According to online court records, additional charges have been filed against a Hyndman man accused of having unlawful contact with a 14-year-old girl.

Troopers say 31-year-old Anthony Troutman was arrested in September after police received a report, from the victim's friend, that Troutman was "engaging in sexually explicit conversations" with the teen, via text message.

Police say the girl admitted to authorities that Troutman often talks to her about "sexual things" and says that the conversations make her "feel uncomfortable."

Upon further investigation, troopers learned that Troutman had also engaged in similar conversations with other juveniles on Facebook.

According to the affidavit, police say the other juveniles also told investigators that Troutman would often supply the girl with alcohol, marijuana and vapes.

Following a forensic search of Troutman's phone, police say they confirmed the conversations that he had reportedly had with the teen, which included sexually explicit photos of himself.

Troutman now faces additional charges of felony corruption of minors, disseminating sexually explicit material and indecent exposure.
