NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Star Wars universe fans have spoken - and they want to see a 'Baby Yoda' emoji.
The adorable character from the new Disney+ show has been making waves on the air and online.
The Mandalorian follows the journey of a Mandalorian bounty hunter along with an adorable green alien infant dubbed “Baby Yoda,” who wields Jedi-like powers. The series takes place about five years after the events of the 1983 film “Return of the Jedi.”
Now, there's a petition on Change.org to make Baby Yoda an official emoji. "He stole our hearts and now I want him to steal our keyboard space," the petition reads.
As of Wednesday morning, the petition had more than 10,400 signatures. The force will have to be strong with this one to see it pull through.
