A fire at the Blair Senior Services’ storage facility damaged multiple vehicles over the weekend, but it has not stopped the company’s daily transportation services.

Investigators say the fire broke out early Sunday morning in the back of the transportation center where twelve vehicles were parked.

The president of Blair Senior Services, Steve Williamson, says the fire damaged ten vans and totaled six of them.

Williamson says all twelve vehicles in the back lot were beginning to be rotated out.

Company officials say there are 36 cars parked inside the facility, which are actively used for transportation services.

“We store all of our active vehicles actually inside the building, a majority of that building is a large, pull barn so fortunately, none of our active fleet vehicles were sitting out there where the fire was."

Police are still investigating the cause of Sunday’s fire.
