TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, P.A. (TND) — A 56-year-old dentist in Pennsylvania was accused of assaulting one of his patients, according to prosecutors.
The Chester County District Attorney’s Office, along with police, said James Godorecci was arrested and charged with indecent assault and harassment.
In a news release, prosecutors said Godorecci allegedly assaulted someone on Jan. 3 while he working as a dentist at Main Line Dental Aesthetics in Tredyffrin Township.
The victim had scheduled an emergency visit due to her health condition," the release noted. "The victim stated that during a therapeutic procedure, the defendant fondled her breasts. The victim did not consent to the defendant touching her in this manner."A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 22 at 1 p.m.
