Elk County duo charged with drug delivery resulting in death of relative
RIDGWAY - Elk County District Attorney Shawn McMahon announced Wednesday that two women have been charged with supplying drugs that killed a 24-year-old Kaitlyn Buerk in 2017.
Police have filed drug delivery resulting in death charges against Allison Miller, 29, of Byrnedale and Theresa Sample., 27, of Johnsonburg. Officials said Miller is Buerk’s sister, and Sample is her cousin.
McMahon said this is the first time this type of offense has been filed in the county.
State High grad, Tonight Show sax player holds benefit concert in Centre County
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WJAC) — State High graduate Ian Hendrickson-Smith returns to the area Friday for a concert at the State Theatre.
Hendrickson-Smith is a five-time Grammy winner and member of The Tonight Show Band.
The saxophonist has worked with many of the best in the music industry, including Bruno Mars, Amy Winehouse, Ed Sheeran and Lady Gaga.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of sexual assault by another woman
(TND) — Another woman is accusing Sean "Diddy" Combs of sexual assault in a new lawsuit filed on Thursday. Documents obtained by CNN report April Lampros met the rapper in 1994 when she was a student at New York's Fashion Institute of Technology and accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her four times between the mid-1990s and early 2000s. The complaint further accuses him of battery, assault, negligent infliction of emotional distress and violation of the victims of gender-motivated violence protection law.
Family of UPenn student files lawsuit against Panera, claiming daughter died after consuming heavily
A 21-year-old University of Pennsylvania student with a heart condition died after reportedly drinking Panera Bread's new “charged lemonade” drink.

According to the post, the towel was picked up by another fan, who reportedly lives in Ohio.
Koester says the fan messaged her to let her know that they were in possession of the towel and that they will ship it back to her.
Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture urges dog owners to buy dog licenses
Does your dog have a license? – and no not the driving kind- but if you answered no to that question there might be some state laws, you’re unaware of.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement states that all dogs three months or older must be licensed by January 1 of each year. The dog license serves as an identifier and usually has a corresponding number on a physical dog tag.
