CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WJAC) — The Clearfield County fair is underway.
The fair's live music performances always draw quite the crowd.
This year, the biggest name on the list is "Kansas" who will be performing Saturday.
On Monday, people prepared for the main attraction -- the parade.
But this year comes with some changes.
The fair board is now enforcing a rule that they say has been on the books for years: You are not allowed to throw candy from moving vehicles on the parade route.
The parade navigated the streets in downtown Clearfield beginning at Fourth and Market streets and traveling through some residential areas before ending at the fairgrounds.
