15 face felony drug charges after Cambria County bust

JOHNSTOWN – Fifteen people are facing felony drug charges after a warrant sweep in Cambria County during the past 24 hours, officials said Thursday.

The Cambria County Drug Task Force conducted the raid, along with several other law enforcement agencies.

All individuals in custody have been transported to Central Booking for processing.

Nine of the 15 individuals are in custody, officials said.

The following are the people charged and their charges:

• Jenna Michelle Telenko, DOB 04/04/1996 of Jerome Avenue, Jerome, is charged with criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Telenko sold fentanyl to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in Dale Borough and the City of Johnstown.
• Miranda Lynn Barkhimer, DOB 6/21/1995 of Bethel Road, Hollsopple, is charged with criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Barkhimer sold fentanyl to a confidential informant and an undercover officer once in Dale Borough and twice in the City of Johnstown.
• Cody Joseph Stringent, DOB 6/19/1995 of Cypress Avenue Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Stringent sold fentanyl and suboxone to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in the City of Johnstown.
• Eric S. Cassick, DOB 07/05/1980 of Colonial Street, Johnstown, is charged with criminal conspiracy, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and criminal use of communication facility. Cassick agreed to sell suboxone to a confidential informant in Dale Borough, then took the controlled funds and did not return.
• Scott Alan Anderson, DOB 2/17/1985 of Tire Hill Road, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Anderson sold suboxone to a confidential informant in Cambria Township.
• Aigner Natasha Penrose, DOB 01/06/1995 of South Orchard Avenue Somerset, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Penrose sold heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in the City of Johnstown.
• Anthony Ray Yost, DOB 03/22/1977 of First Street, East Conemaugh, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a non-controlled substance, selling a non-controlled substances as a controlled substance, theft by deception and criminal use of communication facility. Yost sold a non-controlled substance as a controlled substance to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in East Conemaugh Borough.
• Mathew Evan Shaffer, DOB 06/28/1986 of Ashlyn Drive, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Shaffer sold suboxone to a confidential informant, in Richland Township.
• Tina Marie Cresciullo, DOB 12/20/1969 of Rear Horner Street, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Cresciullo sold heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in the City of Johnstown.
• Damon Shawn Wheeler, DOB 04/20/1973 of Duke Place, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Wheeler sold heroin to a confidential informant in the City of Johnstown.
• John Kevin Hull, DOB 07/24/1969 of Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Hull sold heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in the City of Johnstown.
• Stephen J. Jefferson, DOB 3/11/1990 of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Jefferson sold heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in the City of Johnstown.
• Hakime Shaquan Taylor, DOB 05/04/1998 of C Street, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Taylor sold heroin to a confidential informant and an undercover officer in the City of Johnstown.
• Justin S. McCarthy, DOB 10/16/1985 of Park Avenue, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. McCarthy sold heroin to a confidential informant in the City of Johnstown.
• Michele Albegiani, DOB 12/12/1974 of Lulay Street, Johnstown, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of communication facility. Penrose sold heroin to a confidential informant in Geistown Borough.
